The deposition of David Chullino, taken in a Duragesic lawsuit, explains that the Duragesic factory was cranking out 4 patches per second… and that only two inspectors were supposed to inspect every one of those patches.  That works out to 4 patches per second.  I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I could accurately check out 4 patches a second.  Of course, considering the recalled patches, the subsequent lawsuits, and the deaths attributed to the patches, I don’t think the inspectors could, either.
