- The person had a prescription for the patch. If the person was borrowing someone else’s patch, my attorney friends can’t help you.
- The person wasn’t misusing the patch. If, for example, the person had been injecting fentanyl gel from a Duragesic patch, or had been chewing on a patch, they also can’t help you.
- The person wasn’t using any illegal opiates. If the person was using heroin, the fentanyl lawyers I know also can’t help you.
